When you use LotSat, we collect only what is necessary to deliver your report:

• Property address — the address you submit for analysis, used solely to generate your report
• Email address — if provided during checkout, used only for order confirmation and support
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; we never see, store, or have access to your card number or banking details
• Basic analytics — anonymous page view data collected via Google Analytics to improve our service

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store personal information beyond what is listed above
• We do not create user accounts or profiles
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not track your browsing activity across other websites
• We do not use your address data for any purpose other than generating the report you purchased

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LotSat:

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy. We receive only confirmation of payment status and the metadata we attach (address and report tier). See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process connection metadata (IP addresses, request headers) as part of delivering our site. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• Government data APIs — we query USDA, FEMA, USGS, Census Bureau, and other public data sources using the address you provide. These are public government services and no personal information beyond the address is transmitted.

4. Cookie Usage

LotSat uses a minimal number of cookies:

• Essential cookies — required for payment processing (set by Stripe)
• Analytics cookies — anonymous usage tracking (set by Google Analytics)

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect payment functionality.

5. Data Retention

• Report data — reports are generated on-demand and delivered directly to your browser. We do not store completed reports on our servers.
• Payment records — Stripe retains transaction records per their data retention policy and applicable financial regulations.
• Support requests — if you contact support, we retain your message and email for the purpose of resolving your inquiry.
• Analytics data — anonymous analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request information about what data we hold related to you
• Request deletion of any personal data we may hold
• Opt out of analytics tracking by disabling cookies or using browser privacy tools

Since we collect minimal data and do not maintain user accounts, most requests can be resolved quickly. Contact us through our support page for any privacy-related requests.

7. Children's Privacy

LotSat is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
